City Scanning Session

City Scanning Session, a festival about the urban spaces organized by Teple Misto in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. This year's edition will be curated by METASITU and we will be looking at the idea of questioning and challenging Role Models.The festival will combine workshops as well as music and movie programs.

City Scanning Session is an urbanism festival that aims to establish frameworks that question, shape and reconfigure global metropolitan trajectories and imported "urban solutions" - to challenge the definition of the city’s "problems" and critically query notions of "urban success" when adopting and adapting solutions. Taking as a departure point the urban fabric of Ivano-Frankivsk, the festival will research the notion of 'role models' through a range of proposed activities with the aim to uncover the city's potentialities.
